SYKES HIRING WFM Assistant Manager || IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT || 7075774990 ||

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to develop and maintain internal control, setting benchmarks and giving feedback on data performance and recommended actions.
  • Develop and produce performance information with which to inform, engage and influence various levels of operational management.
  • Must be able to do drill down analysis on all dialer performance / Hygiene metrics.
  • Plan and implement daily campaigns altering parameters to maximize efficiency/effectiveness where necessary.
  • Should be able to monitor reports and comply with all compliance requirements for outbound dialing.
  • Must be able to create and administer daily outbound campaigns based on the agreed contact strategies.
  • Monitor all campaigns and inbound call traffic to assist in determining appropriate staffing availability to ensure successful campaign performance.
  • Accountable for the daily setup of and monitoring of calling campaigns, strategies, and reports within the outbound and outbound teams.
  • Recommend and implement calling strategies and data selections Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining all systems.
  • Maximizing the output of the outbound and inbound operations
  • Co-ordination with the Aspect support team for technical assistance and functioning.
  • Should be well versed in the tolls like :Standard office and computer equipment, ASPECT / Genesys Dialer advanced knowledge,Basic SQL language understanding,Aspect eWFM advanced Knowledge.
  • Should have an excellent understanding of Capacity planning and scheduling.

  3. Excellent database management skills

  5. Experience out of which at least 3-4 years of should be in managing International collections on predictive/preview dialer management experience.
  6. Exposure of Collections and its various processes especially outbound/inbound calling management
  7. Understanding of Capacity planning and scheduling
